The hotel is situated in a great location, down the road from another pub and close to the main attractions and Starr Gate tram stop. The staff are friendly and provide good service. The rooms are basic but clean, with attention to detail in terms of cleanliness. Although the rooms only have a small electric heater, they are kept warm enough. The breakfast at the pub/restaurant next door is tasty and reasonably priced.

All aspects of the stay were satisfactory, nothing to improve.

the location of hotel was excellent. the service was all in all exceptional. i could quickly reach red arrows sky force, as it' s only 1 mile away. room suited my needs.

One more advantage was the free parking available , which was very convenient.

No Air Conditioning and Poor Breakfast Options Unfortunately, the room was lacking air conditioning which made it very warm and uncomfortable to sleep at night. the breakfast options were not very satisfactory, with limited fruit selection and poor-quality dairy substitutes.
